  • but i do wonder a bit what the key message is… are they saying: “you don’t have to pay your creative entrepreneurial online staff well because they don’t care about the money”. I certainly hopw not.

  • Very interesting … and he’s right – this is stuff we *do* know! Gosh, I hope more businesses wise up to the fact that throwing more money at creative staff does squat. To unleash potential and get the very best out of people, you absolutely *have* to allow them to work autonomously, do what they love and have fun.
