What is the true meaning of financial inclusion and is innovation really making a difference? If you’re in Joburg you’ll want to attend an Emerging Payments Association debate on this topic this Thursday (20 September).

For those in Cape Town, join the MEST Africa team tomorrow at the MEST Incubator in Woodstock as they share their experience working with entrepreneurs from across the continent.

In Abuja, Nigeria on Thursday (20 September), a panel of experts and thought leaders will discuss the role of innovation in improving Nigeria’s health system at a health innovation thought leadership talk session to be held at Civic Innovation Lab.

If you’re in Kenya, you won’t want to miss the Innovating Justice Conference on Friday (21 November). The conference is one of six global gatherings — another will take place in Lagos, Nigeria on the same day — that will bring together entrepreneurs, academia, corporates and others to discuss and showcase innovations improving access to justice.

Innovating Justice Conference

During the conference, entrepreneurs will pitch their justice innovations, after which the best innovation will be selected and reviewed by a jury.

Selected innovations will be assessed by a jury who will then advise on who wins the Innovating Justice Awards and acceleration funding worth over €20 000.
