Conrad Owens is a Digital Media Analyst based in Cape Town, South Africa. He has many years experience in mainstream and digital media and has worked extensively in television, design and on the Internet. Some of his qualifications include a BSc degree, a Diploma in IS Project Management and Microsoft Certified Professional status. He has also completed studies in the areas of Business Analysis, Financial Markets and Knowledge Management. During his ten years in television he worked on a wide array of projects including documentaries, TV series and material for BBC, CNN, Dutch Television and other European Networks. More recently, the focus of his work has been in search, reputation management and analytics as a business analyst at Old Mutual Digital.
