    Cape Town mobility startup GoMetro yesterday launched a new self-service application for transport planners to better map and plan transport routes. The startup will partner with Italian company GMG Technology to help distribute the app in foreign markets.     Cape Town smart mobility startup GoMetro has delayed the planned launch this month of the trial of its new ride-sharing service flx. The startup's CEO Justin Coetzee says the startup will instead launch the service next month.     Smart mobility startup GoMetro will be part of a UK initial coin offering (ICO) run by internet of mobility company Tsio Protocol, says the Cape Town based startup's founder Justin Coetzee.     Media technology company, Tritech Media, has announced today the investment of a 20% holding of smart mobility company, GoMetro.
