It’s all very private: FNB private clients get exclusive digital lifestyle magazine
First National Bank (FNB) is fast becoming more than just a bank. We recently heard that it might be entering the mobile network arena, never mind its retail-esque dotFNB stores. Now, the ever tech-savvy bank is partnering with Realmdigital to enter digital publishing, with a new lifestyle magazine offering directed at its private clients called FNB Private Life.
According to Eric Enslin, Head of Private Banking at FNB Private Clients:
Innovation improves efficiency, we constantly look for innovative ways to enhance our clients’ lifestyles. The Private Life magazine is just one of the ways we are making a concerted effort to enhance the use of technology. We chose Realmdigital to provide us with the platform for this application because of their innovation in technology as well as their high reputation of impeccable service delivery.
The Private Life is independently written, and claims to boast “bespoke editorial and photography” that covers not only personal finance, but also food, wine, arts, sports and travel.
“We are very excited to be working alongside FNB Private Clients on this project. FNB has been a company to keep your eye on in terms of innovation and technology,” says Simon Bestbier, Account Director at Realmdigital. Enabling the private banking division to digitally publish their magazine was a pleasurable experience and we definitely look forward to working alongside them in the future and seeing how we can do some awesome things with this scalable technology.”
The magazine is available for download as dedicated apps for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, having used the Snapplify publishing solution.
You can download the apps here (accessible to everyone currently).
