Revolutionise the way you equip your business with OfficeBox
Ever find yourself scavenging your desk for a pen, staplers and envelopes, only to find that you’ve run out of stock? Of course you have. OfficeBox wants to remedy this. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, offices can sign up with its subscription package and have all their day-to-day essentials delivered to their doorsteps. The company is set to expand across the country and wants to revolutionise the way South African offices gobble up stationery.
Since launching August 2013, the startup has featured in Knife Capital’s Grindstone Accelerator and Sanlam Enterprise development programs.
OfficeBox is like RubyBox but with — you’ve guessed it — offices! The idea is simple. your office can subscribe to a monthly delivery package from as little as R100 for either 1, 3, 5 or 50 deliveries per month. Once paid, you logon to the website where you can shop for everything from batteries and cables to bubble wrap and office chairs at the cheap. You can even get your tea and coffee stocks refilled.
You can even compare prices online before you buy to make sure you’re not being ripped off. Whether your office needs are big or small, orders received before 12h00 are guaranteed to be delivered the next day.
The ordering system is licensed by software and web-development company Realmdigital and is meant to give customers fast order processing, comprehensive management and an efficient tracking tool.
“The first of its kind in South Africa, OfficeBox facilitates the easy and affordable online ordering of all your stationery needs, with next day delivery anywhere in South Africa.” says Ruari Richardson, co-founder and Director OfficeBox South Africa.
“With a focus on customer satisfaction and a guarantee of the lowest prices, saving you up to 40% on your monthly stationery bill, OfficeBox is set to change the way businesses procure their stationery” adds David Adams, co-founder and
Director OfficeBox South Africa.
