Top startup events in South Africa, Africa you should know about this week [11/8/2019]
On Friday (16 August) UCT’s Graduate School of Business will host the 20th annual Women in Business Conference under the theme Disrupt Industry 4.0.
For those in Joburg, LifeCheq will tomorrow host Wits University senior economics lecturer and Synthecon managing partner Peter Karungu for a discussion on the future of Africa’s economic climate.
Elsewhere on the continent, intellectual property takes centre stage with an event in Abuja on Friday (16 August) and another in Nairobi on Saturday (17 August).
