AfricArena will be hosting a webinar where experts will discuss the state of crowdfunding in Africa. In the discussion, the panel will examine the pros and cons of crowdfunding along with how to help entrepreneurs who are struggling to finance their businesses through traditional means.
The speakers will include co-founder and CEO of Kweza, Ropa Musvaire, CEO of SSC Capital, Salum Awadh, and Jim Chu the founder of the Nest & Untapped.

AfricArena will be doing a virtual tour for Tanzanian tech entrepreneurs, investors, and tech ecosystem enthusiasts to attend. The entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to share their model to a panel of expert judges and explain why they should be chosen to pitch Cape Town’s stage.

The SA Innovation Summit will be going virtual due to the Covid-19 but attendees will still be able to meet and learn from influential people in the startup arena. Would-be entrepreneurs will be able to find markets for their products or services. They will also be able to pitch to investors from seed to founders to series A rounds.
