The funding will be utilised towards SFAN’s existing Readyforwork.africa career accelerator. In addition, it will be used to scale up the companies existing operations.

ReadyforWork Africa Career Accelerator

SFAN aims to shed a fresh perspective on the existing job scene in Africa through its digital accelerator. The programme aims to equip entry-level job seekers with requisite job readiness skills and helps employers source the highest potential and brightest talent across Africa.

According to reports, on average it takes University graduates in Africa at least six-years to secure their first job. When jobs are available employers struggle to source early career professionals with suitable skills for the available positions.

With this in mind, SFAN’s programme aims to provide assistance to this existing gap in the market and empower young Africans to secure steady employment and opportunities.
