How entrepreneurs can build solid legal foundations
Stellebosch University’s Launch Lab is hosting a webinar focusing on the legal intricacies when establishing a business.
The webinar will be led by guest speaker Leana Kotze, an attorney, notary, and conveyancer. With a wealth of experience in litigation and commerce law, Kotze will provide useful tips and information for early-stage entrepreneurs to better understand South African law and how it applies to businesses.
The webinar will focus on basic company law, company registration, shares, and vesting along with the duties and responsibilities of directors and shareholders. Tickets for the event cost R30 and can be purchased here.
