Domestly debuts weekly subscription service
Popular cleaning service, Domestly, has tweaked their service to offer a better experience for the consumer and for the cleaner.
Domestly is now offering a subscription service which allows you to book your favourite cleaner on a repeated weekly schedule. Consumers now have a choice between a three, six or 12 month period with payments being sorted through a debit order for the duration of the subscription.
If consumers were to select the longer-term packages (six or 12 months), they’ll receive a 5% to 8% discount respectively on their monthly payments.
The startup has also decided to branch out into servicing businesses with their new Domestly Business offering for small to medium-sized businesses. Although currently in beta, this offering is geared toward those who do not require a full-time cleaner or for companies who simply find it easier to not employ one.
Domestly has upgraded its offering to provide a better experience for consumers and customers alike
The service offers fully-vetted cleaners who have prior office cleaning experience or candidates who demonstrate that they’re capable of meeting the demands of keeping office space presentable.
Should there be any issue with the selected cleaner not showing up, Domestly will arrange a replacement on request. If consumers wish to cancel their subscription, they can do so with one-month notice prior to cancellation.
Domestly has been on a good run lately, apart from its new Business service, the company has also gone live in East Rand and Johannesburg, servicing businesses and private consumers alike.
