Top startup events in South Africa, Africa you should know about this week [22/10/2018]
This week Startup Grind Johannesburg will host Retroviral founder Mike Sharman as he tackles the do’s and don’ts of a perfect pitch on Tuesday (23 October).
In Kenya, African Business Angel Network Tom Davies and SA funding consultant Alexandra Fraser will on Thursday (25 October) conduct a workshop on valuation and deal structuring.
In Nigeria, Ventures Platform will on (26 October) host a sit-down between the Nigerian government and startups to discuss how the government can help create a favourable environment for startups.
