FinChatBot was selected for the virtual accelerator’s latest cohort together with six other startups, namely Alkymi, Boss Insights, Digs, Relativity6, Sedicii and Tuuk.
US fintech publication Bank Innovation said in an article on Monday (4 November) that the seven startups were selected after a rigorous review process by INV Fintech with feedback from partners that include Fiserv, TIAA, BB&T, BMO Harris, City National Bank, Associated Bank and Lincoln Savings Bank.
INV Fintech and its partners will over the next five months mentor the seven startups in the cohort.
Last year FinChatBot raised $500 000 in funding from South African venture capital firm Kalon Venture Partners and Mauritius-based VC Compass Capital (see this story).
