Cape Town is a hive of activity this week with a bunch of tech and startup conferences and summits taking place in the city.
Some to look out for include the Africa Early Stage Investor Summit which will run from Wednesday to Friday (13 to 15 November) at Workshop17 at the Waterfront, and AfricaCom 2019 which starts Tuesday and runs until Thursday (12 to 14 November) at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

Johannesburg will host the Africa Investment Forum on Tuesday and Wednesday (12 and 13 November).
Elsewhere on the continent, Nairobi hosts the Youth Startup Summit on Thursday and Friday (14 and 15 November). The Itanna accelerator will host its 2019 demo day in Lagos on Thursday (14 November) while the Innovating Justice Challenge regional finals will take place in the city on the same day.

The conference, designed for investors, by investors, brings together leading investors from Africa and beyond to network, exchange insights, create partnerships and make deals.
