Fintech accelerator Startupbootcamp FinTech Cairo has called on Egyptian early-stage startups to apply to join its next cohort.

The six month programme, which is supported by Cairo-based fintech focused venture capital firm Pride Capital, is designed to support early-stage Egytptian fintech startups scale their businesses.

The accelerator says it is looking for startups working developing services that would help in achieving better financial inclusion.
Startupbootcamp FinTech Cairo’s second cohort will be held between 1 February and 15 July.
Participants will receive up to 600 000 Egyptian Pounds (about $37 000) in funding for between five percent and 10% in equity.
In addition, startups selected for the programme will also benefit from more than €300 000 in exclusive partner deals from leading technology providers such as Amazon, HubSpot and SendGrid.
Startupbootcamp FinTech Cairo will also offer startups selected for its programme co-working space for the duration of the programme.
The programme’s expert-led sessions and customised workshops cover topics that include business development, product-market fit, marketing, fundraising, leadership and scaling.
The accelerator also works with over 50 mentors selected from the local fintech industry who provide expert advise, hands-on support and introductions.
Startupbootcamp FinTech Cairo, which in October was named the Fintech Accelerator of the Year at the Fintech Abu Dhabi festival, also boasts an exclusive pool of corporate partners from whom startups stand to gain access to pilot opportunities and collaboration.
