Top startup web events in South Africa, Africa you should know about this week [22/06/2020]

On Thursday (25 June) Grovest takes a look at alternative assets. In conversation will be Grovest CEO Jeff Miller, Onchain Capital founder Ran Neuner, Wine Cellar’s Roland Peens and Strauss & Co’s Susie Goodman.

This, while serial entrepreneur and author Nic Haralambous will tomorrow host a webinar with Xola Nouse, the CEO and co-founder of The Odd Number.

The Patrón Way – a story of love and betrayal

Ilana Edelstein was born and raised in South Africa. She left for New York arriving in 1979 with just $200 in her pocket and a suitcase. In 1988 Ilana fell in love with Martin Crowley.
