The Beta Collective, a global collaborative community for entrepreneurs, professionals, and investors in the African start-up ecosystem, has announced that founders from the continent will be part of the official SXSW 2023 festival line-up.
The event, titled “African start-ups: A platform for the future”, will take place at the Hilton Austin Downtown on Saturday, 11 March 2023.

The event aims to connect different stakeholders in the African start-up ecosystem, providing an opportunity for founders, government stakeholders, VCs, and angels to meet, network, and potentially collaborate.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from and connect with some of the most innovative and ambitious start-up founders from Africa.
The Beta Collective will showcase their mission to empower and support the African start-up ecosystem through their various programs and initiatives.
