The African fintech industry is abuzz with excitement as the grand finale of the 2023 Ecobank Fintech Challenge approaches, set to take place at the Ecobank Pan African Conference Centre in Lomé, Togo, on Friday, 6 October 2023. Out of a staggering 1 490 fintech applicants spanning 64 countries, eight finalists have emerged to compete for the title and the largest no-strings-attached fintech cash award in Africa.
