Have you heard about Niryo, the French start-up celebrated for its compact collaborative robotic arms? The company has just secured €10 million (approximately $10.6 million) in a funding round led by prominent investors including BPI Digital Venture, Innovacom, IRD, Finorpa, NFA, and Go Capital.

This Series A financing represents a giant leap forward in Niryo’s quest to revolutionise the worldwide collaborative robotics industry. It will be instrumental in supporting its expansion, enabling them to explore new use cases, develop professional-grade robotic solutions, and fortify their international presence.

Niryo’s international acclaim stems from its commitment to making collaborative robotics accessible to everyone. The company’s latest robotic arm, NED2, and its intuitive control application, Niryo Studio, have garnered widespread approval, particularly in the education, research, and training sectors.

Remarkably, global enterprises such as Airbus, Deutsche Bahn, Siemens, Solvay, Coca-Cola, and Texas Instruments have adopted Niryo’s cutting-edge collaborative robots, emphasising their pivotal role in reshaping the dynamics of various industries.

Marc-Henri Frouin, the CEO of Niryo, expressed his excitement about this significant milestone: “At Niryo, we believe in the transformative power of technology to create a sustainable and humane future. With this funding, we are breaking new ground in the realm of robotics, demonstrating the seamless collaboration between humans and machines, which we consider the cornerstone of innovation across all sectors.”

The financing not only reinforces Niryo’s development but also underscores their dedication to French innovation. With a dedicated team of around forty employees based in Lille, France, it continues to champion local expertise.

Niryo’s global footprint extends across 70 countries, with a robust presence in key markets such as the US, Germany, and the UK.
